My [[John G. Leggett|dad]] passed away when I was in middle school. [[So it goes.]] However, he was working on (or may have already launched) a company designing and building control boxes for large machinery. I remember vividly when he shared that his company’s name would be “Designs & Services” or “DaS”, but he confided, to my brother and me, that the acronym also stood for “Dad & Sons”.
